The real estate agent represents the RK in his work and is guided by the established work quality standards and binding regulations, which include this code of ethics.
When mediating the purchase, sale or rental of real estate, as well as in all other activities carried out within the scope of his profession, a real estate agent always acts in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, good morals and generally recognized rules of decent behavior.
A real estate agent always acts in the interest of the real estate agency and at the same time in the interest of the client. In the event of a threat of damage to one of the parties at the expense of the other, the broker is obliged not to close the deal.
The real estate broker will not abuse the trust of the client for his or another person's benefit. It will not deliberately mislead the client or withhold from him any fact that would be essential for the successful completion of the agreed transaction.
The real estate broker will regularly and truthfully inform his clients about the status and progress of the contract to ensure maximum transparency of the ongoing business case. He will also be available to the client until the closing of the deal and, if necessary, will provide him with the necessary advice or assistance.
The real estate broker complies with all agreements and agreed dates for meetings or phone calls with the client. In case of impossibility to comply with the statutory agreement or deadline, he is obliged to apologize to the client well in advance and ensure that the client's requirements are met in a different way or at a different time.
The real estate broker always acts only on the basis of the agreement and within the scope of the mandate granted by the client and in accordance with the competencies that result from the job description and are binding for all RK brokers.
A real estate agent deals with all his clients without prejudice and does not make any distinctions between them. Does not disparage clients on the basis of their race, religion, political or other opinions, nationality, sexual orientation or any other fact.
A real estate broker avoids involvement in any form of unfair competition on the real estate market. He does not harm other brokers or competing companies and, in the event of a question from the client, expresses his opinion in a decent and honest manner.
The real estate broker advocates for spreading the good name of RK, but also for increasing the prestige of his profession and real estate trading in general. He bears significant responsibility for the progress of his orders, therefore he should constantly pay attention to increasing his professional knowledge and skills.
