PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION TERMS

I. ADMINISTRATOR

1) The administrator of your personal data is the company FPI Group s.r.o., with registered office at Korunní 2569/108g, 101 00 Prague - Vinohrady, Company ID: 19790376, registration number: C391668 registered at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

3) The company has not appointed a personal data protection officer.

4) Your personal data is processed by the Company. The processing is carried out in its establishments, branches and headquarters by individual authorized employees of the Company, or processor. The processing takes place through computer technology, or also in a manual way for personal data in paper form in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data. The Company makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is protected when using its services. The Company has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. The company constantly adapts its security measures in accordance with technological progress and development.

II. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

1) You are not obliged to provide personal data to the Company. However, providing your personal information is a requirement for the Company to enter into a contract with you. The Company requires your personal data only for the needs of the Company (for the reason, for the purpose and for the period as detailed below). In no case will the personal data provided by you be sold to other entities or used in any other commercial way.

2) The company mainly processes your following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • E-mail adress
  • Phone
  • Bank connection
  • ID number and VAT number (for business FO)
  • Other data necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. your housing needs)
  • Data provided beyond the scope of applicable laws processed within the scope of consent granted by you

3) The Company obtains processed personal data either directly from you (by providing it, e.g. as part of registering for the service, or from individual correspondence with you), or from publicly accessible registers, lists and records (e.g. commercial register, trade register , public phone book, etc.)

III. LEGAL REASON AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL REASONS

1) Personal data must be processed for the purpose of creating an offer, concluding a contract and fulfilling it, or managing the status of your customer account and for the purpose of fulfilling subsequent contractual or legal obligations, such as in particular archiving tax documents and handling possible complaints. The legal reason for the processing is therefore the fulfillment of the contract (according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council /EU/ No. 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and cancellation of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR), fulfillment of legal obligations (according to Article 6, paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR) and legitimate interest (according to Article 6, paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR) f) GDPR).

2) The legitimate interest of the Company (according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR) is also direct marketing, i.e. your personal data is also processed by the Company for the purpose of disseminating business communications regarding its own similar services, a satisfaction questionnaire, sending wishes for birthdays or PF and for performing simple analytics (e.g. measuring website traffic, etc.). If your personal data is processed for this reason, you have the right to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes.

3) If you have given your consent to the Company (e.g. as part of competitions, marketing events, application to receive commercial communications, etc.), the Company processes your personal data on the basis of this consent (according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a ) GDPR). If consent is granted, processing is carried out for the purpose of offering services, sending commercial messages and informing about Company events, etc.

IV. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

1) Your personal data will only be processed for the necessary time, which is determined by the performance of the contract and the subsequent retention of tax documents for the service ordered and delivered. Due to legitimate interest, your information can be processed for a period of 3 years, but no longer than until you object to such processing.

2) If consent is granted, your personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years, but no longer than until you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, which can be done in writing at the Company's address or by e-mail at info@fpigroup.eu

V. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

1) The processing of your personal data is carried out by the Company, i.e. the personal data controller, however, personal data may also be processed for the Company by other persons, who may be:

  • suppliers of external services for the Company (typically programming or other technical support services, server services, etc.),
  • operators of backup servers or operators of technologies used by the Company, who process them in order to ensure the functionality of the relevant services of the Company,
  • to the extent necessary, tax advisors, auditors, lawyers of the Company, who process personal data for the purpose of providing advisory services,
  • personal data relating to debtors with overdue debts may also be made available to companies providing debt insurance or debt collection agencies for the purpose of enforcing or collecting the Company's debts,
  • public administration bodies,
  • or other providers of similar services, which the Company does not currently use,
  • brokers

2) The company does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

1) You have the right to:

  • request information from the Company on what kind of personal data it processes,
  • request an explanation from the Company regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • request access to your personal data from the Company and have it updated or corrected,
  • request the Company to delete your personal data, or restriction of their processing,
  • on the portability of your personal data,
  • revoke at any time the consent given to the processing of your personal data,
  • in the case of processing your personal data due to the legitimate interest of the Company (Article III, paragraph 2), raise an objection
  • in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of your personal data, contact the Company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
